3. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 USD.
- Orders under $50: flat rate shipping (calculated at checkout).
- Express shipping rates vary by destination and weight.
4. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. TWIIQU is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
