Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Custom or personalized orders.
• Clearance/final sale items (marked as such at purchase).

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@twiiqushop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

• Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
• Change of mind: Buyer pays return shipping.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
