Shipping & Returns

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged using archival-quality materials. Paintings on paper are shipped flat between acid-free boards within reinforced packages. Works on canvas are shipped in custom-built crates. Fragile items are clearly marked and handled with appropriate care.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment clearance. Delivery times depend on destination:

  • Hong Kong: 2–3 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • North America: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package dimensions, and insured value. We offer competitive rates through trusted international carriers. For large or oversized works, a custom shipping quote will be provided.

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for the purchase price of the artwork. Insurance coverage begins from the moment of dispatch and remains in effect until delivery is confirmed. In the unlikely event of damage, we will guide you through the claims process.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at hello@summit-harmony.com within the withdrawal period. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping and insurance costs are borne by the buyer. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.

Damaged Shipments

If an artwork arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the packaging and the artwork damage
  2. Notify us within 48 hours at andyxia@summit-harmony.com
  3. Retain all original packaging for inspection

We will arrange for a return, repair, or replacement as appropriate. Our insurance will cover the full value of the artwork.
